The Scandinavian Christmas Mittens are inspired by traditional Norwegian colorwork, with classic Christmas colors and beautiful stranded-knitting details.

The pattern is designed so that you work with only two colors at a time. The small red details are added afterwards using duplicate stitch – avoiding long floats and making the colorwork much more manageable.
